Just another day at FOS…wrong postcode costs firm £50 !

A customer complains that a £50 bill for advice was not valid.  It ends up at FOS. An adjudicator says bill is valid but spots that the firm has sent a letter to the client using the wrong post-code.  Adjudicator decides a penalty of £50 should be paid for this offence. Firm disagrees. Case referred to Ombudsman. Ombudsman supports Adjudicator.   Hmmmmm…
